measure sincerity

 

If we want to know how long and wide we can use auxiliary measuring devices such as meters.

If we want to measure how much liquid we can use liters.
If you want to know the weight, you can use a scale
But if we want to know the sincerity of someone. 

We can make various compliments and reproaches as a benchmark of sincerity.

If someone does a good deed, without seeking praise, moreover creating an image and being able to go through all difficulties, done happily and consistently, that is a manifestation of sincerity.
When someone does good activities and doesn't get praise, what they get is blame, but they keep doing their activities without being affected by criticism, they keep doing their activities with enthusiasm, that's a form of sincerity.
Doing good is not because you want to be praised, even if you receive criticism we can still live it and don't stop the good activities of someone who has sincerity and is not affected by praise or blame, always gives without demanding, that is a way of measuring sincerity.
Sincere deeds will always be liked by many people as well
Sincere nature will always be liked by many people.
What is clear is that being sincere is not a mode and being sincere must be sincere.
